Why properties double-book
A room can be sold at the desk, through a website widget, or by any connected travel agent. When each channel keeps its own count, the same night is sold twice and somebody is walked.
One calendar, pooled capacity
Rooms, tents, villas, function spaces, game drives and transfers sell off a single pooled calendar. Every channel reads and writes the same availability, so a booking anywhere is visible everywhere.
One levy, in KRA order
Kenyan hospitality tax is ordered, not additive. The Tourism Act 2011 superseded the Catering Levy with the Tourism Levy — charging both bills the guest 4% where 2% is due. Safiri applies VAT and the Tourism Levy in the order KRA specifies, and transmits the invoice through eTIMS.

Rooms, tents, villas, function spaces, game drives, transfers and tickets sell off one calendar with pooled capacity — taken at the front desk, through a public booking widget, over WhatsApp, or from Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and HyperGuest through the built-in channel manager.
Money and compliance are the core rather than a module: M-Pesa, Paystack, Pesapal and bank transfer behind one gateway; VAT and the tourism levy applied in KRA order; eTIMS-fiscalised invoices and credit notes; withholding tax. Managers get RevPAR, ADR and occupancy, cash due against cash banked, debtors ageing, bank reconciliation and statutory returns. The day itself runs on its own apps — a gate PWA that blocks exit on an unpaid balance, a five-state housekeeping board, and guest self check-in with ID and signature.
