Ruskins SaaS Platform
The agent layer sold on its own: a working WhatsApp, voice and web agent for a business, without anyone having to hear the word webhook.
How it works
The problem, and the shape of the answer.
What normally stands between a business and an agent
Getting a working assistant live usually means choosing a model, holding an API key, standing up a webhook and maintaining all three. That is a software project, and it is the reason most businesses stop at the demo.
Abilities come from a contract
Any backend that publishes a conforming OpenAPI document becomes a set of tools an agent can use. Our own systems are tool source number one rather than a special case — if one of them needed a back door, the design would be wrong.
One agent per tenant, isolated in code
Each tenant gets its own agent and its own credentials, isolated in code rather than by convention. Reaching another tenant is not a permission that was set correctly — it is a path that does not exist.
A multi-tenant platform that gives a business a working AI agent across WhatsApp, voice and a web widget, without exposing an API key, a webhook or a model name to the people who use it. Each tenant gets its own agent, isolated in code rather than by convention.
Agents draw their abilities from tool sources: any backend that publishes an OpenAPI document following our agent seam contract becomes a set of tools the agent can use. Our own systems are tool source number one, not a special case — if one of them needed a back door, the design would be wrong.
