The best fit of the three for this region: the operator explicitly prefers companies headquartered outside the United States. Scale is the binding constraint rather than geography — 7,000 to 20,000 Microsoft Teams users puts this within reach of larger Kenyan manufacturers, hospitality groups, hospitals and transport operators, and out of reach of most others.
The operator states that selected partners typically receive between $100,000 and $400,000. That is their published range, not a figure Ruskins sets, quotes or can guarantee.
