Enterprise Workflows Partnership
A companion to the data partnership, aimed at smaller US companies and at the workflows themselves rather than the document trail. It asks for a handful of staff to take part actively, a few hours a week, so the way work is actually executed can be captured rather than only how it is written down.
Not eligible — Kenya and East Africa
Not open to Kenyan or East African companies. This programme requires a US headquarters with the majority of work performed in the US, so a non-US company cannot qualify however good the fit is otherwise. Listed because our network is not only in Kenya — and so that nobody spends an afternoon on an application that cannot succeed.

How the operator says data is handled
These are the programme operator’s stated terms, reproduced here so you can weigh them. They are not commitments Ruskins is in a position to make or enforce — confirm them directly, in your own contract, before sharing anything.
- Original datasets retained only for processing
- Sensitive information scrubbed before any downstream use
- Confidential information removed
- Original datasets deleted after processing
- No data publicly shared
- No customer information exposed
- Companies retain ownership of their underlying data
What compensation is based on
- Dataset size and volume
- Workflow complexity
- Uniqueness of operational knowledge
- Data quality
- Domain expertise represented
The premise is that a lot of companies hold genuinely valuable operational intelligence without ever having treated it as an asset — and that the organisations who worked out how modern business processes should run have a reasonable claim on the value the next generation of AI systems builds from them.
This programme is operated by micro1, not by Ruskins. Our link includes a referral code, so Ruskins may receive a referral fee if you take part. We are passing it on because we think it is worth knowing about, not because we can vouch for the outcome. Assess it, and the contract, on its own terms.
